Yum. I still haven't found radicchio here but this is similar to a salad that I make with endives (yes, I know major uppage on the bitterness factor) but I will be psyched to try your dressing. Merci!

My kind of salad, and yes, all is in season and readily available locally. I think we'll be having this today. Thanks! it will be a nice change from the "whatever greens are in the garden with olive oil and vinegar" salad we eat almost daily.
